This was definitely one of the best trips we have been on and it was first class service from the planning phase through the actual trip. Adriatic Experience was the best travel agency that we have ever worked with! From the planning phase, which they had a large array of services and options; as well as being very transparent in what the trip would entail. They created an itinerary for us that exhibited everything we would experience.
I have never had a travel agency handle the planning process so thoroughly and professionally.Then there was the trip . . . first class all the way around. We had luxury cars waiting for us at every destination to take us to our hotel or villa. Everything was planned by our AE host, we literally didn’t have to worry or think about anything. We had only one small hiccup with the hotel that we stayed at, with the hotel granting us the wrong room and our host handled the situation to get us an unbelievable upgrade! The hotel and the villa that the company booked for us were phenomenal; which met our expectations from what they showed us when we were booking the trip.
All the tours and day trips were excellent as well. Highly recommend their sailing trips and wine tours!!! I can’t stress enough how great Adriatic Experience was to us and how I strongly recommend working with them.
While we were on vacation, we heard stories about other people’s bookings in the region that truly proved how fortunate we were to find these agents! Thank you for making our trip one of the most memorable trips of our life and we hope to see you again!
